Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except if the items are defective or items received are not as per ordered . For these matters, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS/WRONG ITEMS SENT section below for further information.

 

Product Defects/Wrong Items Sent

  1. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the parcel,
  2. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service
  3. We will come back with a solution within two (2) working days.
  4. If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,
  5. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service
  6. If you received the wrong product, you may return the parcel and we will send out a replacement to you within two (2) working days.
